Mango Marinade ðŸ¥
Description
This Mango Marinade is tropical, zesty, and smoky — perfect for:
• Chicken: Marinate chicken pieces overnight before grilling, roasting, or air frying.
• Seafood: Brush over shrimp, salmon, or tilapia before grilling.
• Beef/Pork: Works beautifully as a tenderizing marinade thanks to the mango enzymes.
• Tofu & Veggies: Use as a coating before roasting.
• Dip or Dressing: Thin with a little extra olive oil or yogurt to use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce.
