In a bowl, mix flour and salt.

Add water gradually and whisk until smooth and lump-free.

Making the Wrappers

Heat a non-stick pan on low heat.

Lightly brush with oil(may not be necessary with a good non stick)

Pour a little batter and quickly brush or spread it thinly over the pan.

Cook just until set — do not brown.

Lift gently and repeat till batter is finished.

Let wrappers cool before filling.

Filling & Rolling

Use your preferred samosa or spring-roll filling.

Place filling, fold tightly, and seal with a little flour-water mix.

Frying

Deep-fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.
