  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and whisk until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Making the Wrappers
  4. Heat a non-stick pan on low heat.
  5. Lightly brush with oil(may not be necessary with a good non stick)
  6. Pour a little batter and quickly brush or spread it thinly over the pan.
  7. Cook just until set — do not brown.
  8. Lift gently and repeat till batter is finished.
  9. Let wrappers cool before filling.
  10. Filling & Rolling
  11. Use your preferred samosa or spring-roll filling.
  12. Place filling, fold tightly, and seal with a little flour-water mix.
  13. Frying
  14. Deep-fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.
