Description

If you love baking but don’t want to keep opening five different spice bottles every time, this one is for you.

Today I made my Homemade Sweet Treat Mix — a warm, aromatic baking spice blend.
It’s rich, fragrant and perfectly balanced for all kinds of baking.

This mix brings:
• Bright citrus notes from orange zest
• Gentle warmth from Ceylon cinnamon and nutmeg
• Deep, festive spice from cloves and cardamom
• A caramel-like sweetness from brown sugar that makes baked goods taste fuller and richer

How to Use (Guide)
• Cakes / muffins: 1–2 tbsp per batch
• Cookies / chin-chin: 1 tsp – 1 tbsp, depending on quantity
• Pancakes / waffles: 1–2 tsp
• Hot chocolate / tea: ¼–½ tsp per cup
• Glazes & buttercream: To taste

Recipes to use:
– Add to cakes, muffins, cookies and banana bread
– Stir into pancake or waffle batter
– Sprinkle into chin-chin, doughnuts or puff-puff
– Mix into sugar glaze, buttercream or streusel topping
– Add a pinch to hot chocolate, tea or oatmeal.

Save this, try it, and thank me later 🤍
