Description

Today I made a rich, aromatic homemade infused oil using fresh garlic, ginger, red & white onions, parsley, cilantro, spring onions, dried African bird’s eye chilli, star anise, bay leaves, sesame seeds and whole white pepper seeds — all gently steeped in warm oil to pull out deep, layered flavor.

This oil is special because it brings heat, sweetness, aroma, earthiness and freshness together in one bottle. A little drizzle instantly upgrades any dish.

How to use it:
✔️ Start your stews with it for richer flavor
✔️ Use as a marinade base for chicken, fish, beef or pork
✔️ Fry your eggs or sauté veggies with it
✔️ Stir-fry noodles, fried rice or spaghetti
✔️ Brush on proteins or veggies before grilling/roasting
✔️ Mix into quick dips
✔️ Turn it into a simple salad dressing
✔️ Revive leftovers with a spoonful
